Located in Hunnan District, Shenyang, Shenyang International Horticultural Expo Garden was the venue for the 2006 World Horticultural Exposition. It has now become the largest comprehensive botanical garden in Northeast China with the richest variety of plants. Covering 246 hectares, it is hailed as "the forest oxygen bar in the city".
