
Located in Qiubei County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, Puzhehei is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, known as "a rare and unique karst landscape of lakes and mountains in China".

Geographical Features
The core scenic area covers 165 square kilometers, consisting of 54 lakes, 312 isolated peaks, 83 karst caves and 40,000 mu (about 2,667 hectares) of plateau wetlands.
With typical karst landforms, crystal clear lakes and uniquely shaped peaks, it's called "Guilin on Water".
Name Origin
"Puzhehei" means "pond teeming with fish and shrimp" in Yi language.
Designated as a national 5A-level tourist attraction by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2020.
