  • Route B (about 3 hours): Visitor Center → Sightseeing Bus → Cliff Elevator → Jade Emperor Pavilion → Cable Car Lower Station → Thread of Sky → Cliff Waterfalls → Return by Boat
  • Photography Route: Best for capturing canyon light effects at dawn and dusk.

  • Peak Season (Apr 1-Oct 31): 07:30-18:00
  • Off Season (Nov 1-Mar 31): 08:30-17:00

  • Full Ticket: 100 RMB/person (includes sightseeing bus)
  • Concession Ticket: 50 RMB/person (students, seniors etc.)
  • Combo Ticket: 180 RMB/person (includes entrance, sightseeing bus, boat, cable car and elevator)

Transportation

  • Public Transport: Tourist shuttle buses from Changzhi East Bus Station.
  • Self-drive: From Changzhi via Changzhi Ring Expressway and Pingchang Expressway, exit at Huguan and follow signs for about 40 minutes.
  • Parking: Large eco-parking lot available for 1,500 vehicles.

  • Best Season: May to October, with rafting available July-August.
  • Essentials: Wear anti-slip sports shoes, bring sun protection and sufficient water.
